- Tutoring Format
- All tutoring is conducted online through our platform. We do not offer any in-person or physical tutoring services.
- Tutor Satisfaction
- If students or parents are not satisfied with a tutor, we will review the situation thoroughly and may assign a different tutor for the remaining sessions. Please note, refunds are not available in this case.
- Use of Purchased Hours
- Hours bought for online tutoring are exclusively for online sessions and cannot be used for any in-person or physical tutoring.
